A leadership training in Brussels, which represents an amazing opportunity to learn more about our leadership values and style, and to spend an exclusive 48 hours networking with counterparts from other countries. You will gain an insight into the Serco World and know what it means to work in a public limited company.
Mandatory Participation:
The course will be held on two different dates throughout 2025, aiming to connect leaders from across Europe and foster a shared understanding of our leadership ethos and contract operations. This is different from our Leadership Conference, and aims to cover leadership and contract management basics.
